Nagaram (Telugu: నగరం) is a village in Mamidikuduru mandalam, with 6000 people living in this village. It is located in pass by the national highway 216 between Jagannapeta and Mamidikuduru, 1 Km from Jagganapeta and Mamidikuduru center. The Village Nagaram is surrounded by coconut and paddy fields and is formed in the Nizams ruling time, by the year 1900 Nizam administartion from Rajamahendravaram has nominated Sarkhail Kalbae Ali Baig (Popularily called Baig), with around 1000 Acres in the villages of Mamidikuduru Mandal. With the migration of Ali Baig, Many Muslim families has moved to this village in support to Zamindar. He has developed Nagaram with Mosques, Resturants and islam education centers, by selling some of his properties.

In 2014, the biggest incident happened in Nagaram, Blast in a Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) gas pipeline near ONGC Refinery complex in Nagaram Village, this Claimed 15 people and 30 injured with major burns. The incident occurred around 6 am early morning as the gas pipe started leaking, just as tea stalls were opening.
