Population of Darjeeling in 2019/2020 is 1,966,811(estimates as per aadhar uidai.gov.in feb 2019 data). Literate people are 1,315,585 out of 717,673 are male and 597,912 are female. People living in Darjeeling depend on multiple skills, total workers are 683,726 out of which men are 479,586 and women are 204,140. Total 51,984 Cultivators are depended on agriculture farming out of 41,632 are cultivated by men and 10,352 are women. 32,087 people works in agricultural land as labor, men are 23,372 and 8,715 are women. Its been 30 years that this village still cries for road which is construction since 30 years,to whom can we blame? The people still have to suffer to reach nearby bazaar,patient suffer for hospital.

Mim Tea Garden is my birth place,where I had done my primary education.But for a long time I have been out of my birth place in connection of business and job opportunities. At present I am surviving in Libya northern part of Africa. However I love my village,my mother place and wish to develop soon like other neighboring Tea Garden there. I think our garden is quit shade and hiding from the market,

this place need development,main problem is network n internet.people are facing problem of network n internet,if they have to mail something they have to go another place which take around 1 hr to reach.and there is no any tower placed.to talk in phone people have to come out from home n have to walk arond 10 to 15 min in search of network.so hope my complaints will not go in vain.
