I am from simlabari village. My home is near by jungle in simlabari. Its been more than 100 years this village didnt get electricity and getting problem from jungle anilmals. People of this village still using kerocine light. We had visited electric office so many time which is in alipurduwar and after walking 45 minutes its more than 35 kilometer from my village. But we get no responce from the office. They Only answer they are working. They collect money from each house for electric meter 5 years ago.

many problems in jalapara d their are sub center located but this is not open so many people dead on injored the people cent hospital but local govt and gram panchayat not interest and. Indira awwas mony not give the panchayat the name of people Bam bd chhetri ; Krishna chhetri complaints bdo gram Pradhan 2no go but they note take to judicial of this mans hi also asked panchayat Pradhan bdo but they though he not responsible thy man is Corsan bharstar

No post office, bank, police station, school, any business oppurtunity in the upper division of chengmari tea garden. Inspite of being the border of bhutan export oriented units should be established.

I gopal agarwal born in upper chengmari tea garden. Inspite of being such a large tea garden not a single project for any industry have been set up till day. The whole villagers depend upon the garden. Electricity has been brought just around 3 years ago.
